(For my Facebook readers, Facebook Notes is horrible at displaying pics with it’s matching blog post. Please click the “view original post” link below to see pics properly.)
I rarely re-post someone else’s thoughts on my own website … (As a military journalist, I usually like to write my own text. Besides, why would someone bother creating a website if all they do is point you to someone else?)
But, in my never-ending quest to further the fight against high-fructose-corn syrup, I was hoping I could pique your interest in an article I found interesting.
Although HFCS is in practically EVERYTHING, it’s widely known that out of all the things it hides in, sweet drinks is most common. So, when drink makers take notice, I think that’s pretty newsworthy. Looks like Snapple and Pepsi are responding to demand to eliminate this poison, and I’m thrilled.
The war is far from over, so to title this blog the “DEATH” of HFCS is probably just a bit misleading. But, hey, it’s okay, ‘cause “DEATH” is “all natural” and “fine in moderation!”
Please read and comment.
